- 1924 - The Company Hans Gröflin AG is founded.
- 1970 - Mr. Werner Bitterli takes over the company and changes the name into Grovana Watch Co. Ltd.
- 1980 - Launch of the first Analogue-Quartz collection.
- 1985 - First extension of building, new reception area and offices.
- 1990 - Entry into the East European markets. Starts the Worldwide expansion.
- 1999 - Second extension of the building and new store rooms for watch components.
- 2003 - Third extension of the building and renovation of existing production facilities.
- 2012 - Construction of the Grovana New Booth in the Basel World Fair.
- 2014 - 90th anniversary of Grovana Watch Company.
